The Championship

All Power, Full Combat, European, Mixed Martial Arts Championship

Inspired by the exploits of fighters from ancient Greece, and the gladiators who fought for honour and reward across the Mediterranean in Roman times, CombaTerra® has been created as a new All Power - Full Contact European Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Championship launching in 2024.

CombaTerra® will bring together the best MMA fighters from across the whole of Europe, The Middle East, Asia and the Americas, to engage in combat in a unique tournament format. Most fight in one-off events, so competing in multiple bouts across the weekend will present a uniquely physical challenge to the even the toughest athletes.

Four, 2-day Tournaments will be held annually from selected countries including UK, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Greece & Cyprus. The themes for each Tournament location will range from bullrings & ancient hippodromes to amphitheatres and a crusader castle.
Unique Entertainment
UNIQUE ENTERTAINMENT
At each CombaTerra® event, totally unique entertainment will be planned for every Tournament, including “one off” MMA Veteran fights.

Format

Four MMA tournaments,
four weight divisions,
two-days of fighting.

The CombaTerra® Championship will consist of Four weight divisions: Welterweight, Middleweight, Light Heavyweight & Heavyweight from which only Two weight classes will fight in each Tournament, with elite international fighters selected by Professional MatchMakers.

All fights will take place in a standard international unmodified Octagon cage with two entry gates. The elimination and semi-final fights will consist of 3 x 3 minute rounds. The final will be over 3 x 5 minute rounds to produce the Tournament Champion for each weight division.

Day 1 of each Tournament will be for elimination fights, consisting of 16 fighters in the two weight divisions. Each fighter will be paid appearance fees, and provided with travel and hotel accommodation.

Day 2 will then feature the four winners of each weight class fighting first in semi-final bouts, and then the two winners coming together in a final bout to decide the champion.

The winner of each final bout will claim the US$ 1 Million prize purse!
